Open Positions

Core Crewmember ~ one position pending; although we're not actively seeking to fill this position, we would like to hear from interested candidates

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
  • Design: assist with design process, including measuring areas, testing soil and light conditions; provide design input, from initial feedback of opinion to the potential to grow into a design or architectural role
  • Installation: soil preparation, digging, planting, maintenance tasks performed during installation
  • Maintenance: power tool operation (including string trimmer, edger, walk-behind mower, chainsaw), pruning of trees and shrubs from ground or ladder, mulching, watering, area clean-up
  • Other: basic equipment maintenance
• Experience preferred but not required
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Specialist skills, such as tree climbing or stonemasonry, are welcome and will be put to use as possible ~ bonuses will apply to a higher wage when performing specialist tasks, with planned growth into a full time specialist position
